The Role: Sales Negotiator
My client is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Negotiator with listing experience. You will be joining a busy, successful sales and lettings department. Please note that sales and listing experience is essential for the role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Accompanying viewings with prospective buyers
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers
- Registering applicants and arranging viewings
- Following up enquiries
- Sales chasing
- Negotiating offers
- Property inspections/valuations
- Working as part of the Sales team and covering other negotiators if required and any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ideally 2 years Estate Agency experience
- Must hold full driving licence
The Package
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Saturdays) 9:00am - 5:30pm with a day off in the week
- Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
