The Role - Administrator
Bryman Recruitment are currently seeking a full-time Administrator to join a small successful company based in Rayleigh, Essex. The customer facing administrators role is to ensure that the office runs smoothly, and all customers are always kept extremely happy. They are to be the go-to person for all questions and queries that are brought into the business and make certain are dealt with and resolved efficiently by them to a conclusion.
Job Responsibilities
Deal with all aspects of customers including front facing
Diary management
Ordering processing
Preparation of reports
Maintain and updating of database
Maintaining showroom and offices
Stationary
Phone management
Inbound invoicing
Photos from installations -Facebook/Instagram/website
Job costings
Marketing
The Package
Salary £10.50 per hour
Working Days: 5 days a week (9:30am- 5:00pm) and every other (Saturday 9:30am- 4:00pm)
