Bryman Recruitment are looking for a 360 recruiter to join our expanding team
- Do you have 2 years or more experience as a Recruitment Consultant?
- Do you have sales experience of 2 years or more?

We have a generous Commission Scheme from scratch and uncapped.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:-
Sales Activities
- Including New Business generation, Meet Sales/ gross profit targets, write proposal documents and tenders as well as negotiating fees and writing and placing adverts.
Client Management
- Qualify Job Specifications and serving Clients by identifying their needs and providing feedback
- Benchmark for Clients
Candidate Control
- pre screening, and coaching.
- Spec CVs and Market Candidates.
- Ensure CVs are up to the Bryman standard.
Other
- Administration duties
- Keep CRM system up to date
- Any other duties as required.
